TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Light Marketing Studio (the "Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website (lightmarketingstudio.com), creating an account, or subscribing to our AI Node Shield infrastructure deployment or any associated subscription plans (the "Service"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement").

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY PAYMENT. BY CLICKING THE PAYMENT BUTTON ON OUR MERCHANT OF RECORD (LEMON SQUEEZY), YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO AND ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL TERMS STATED HEREIN.

 

1. THE SERVICE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BLOCKADE 

  • 1.1 Scope of Service: The Studio provides external semantic infrastructure optimization, data filtration, and public network authority validation designed to optimize third-party Artificial Intelligence search representations and recommendations (the "AI Node Shield").

  • 1.2 Proprietary Architecture: Client acknowledges that the underlying methodologies, technical frameworks, data trees, semantic architectures, and algorithmic tools used by the Studio remain the 100% exclusive intellectual property of the Studio.

  • 1.3 No Reverse Engineering: Under no circumstances shall the Client or any affiliated third party (including internal tech teams or external software applications) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, extract, scrape, or duplicate any part of the deployed Service.

  • 1.4 Black-Box Delivery: The Studio is a specialized technical laboratory. We deliver market authority results and external validation. Client is purchasing an "external deployment passport" and is explicitly not entitled to receive, view, or own any backend source code, core databases, or underlying server structures.

 

2. CONTRACTUAL TERM, AUTO-RENEWAL & STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE PREMIUM 

  • 2.1 Subscription-Based Commitment: The Service is structured as an indivisible subscription-based commercial partnership. The specific term commitment (e.g., a fixed 6-month cycle or ongoing monthly duration) is strictly determined by the plan selected by the Client at the time of purchase.

  • 2.2 Auto-Renewal & Billing Cycle: By subscribing, you authorize our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) to automatically charge your designated payment method (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) the specific plan price or agreed subsidized rate selected during checkout consecutively for each billing cycle.

  • 2.3 Termination & Cancellation: For fixed-term infrastructure deployments, billing cycles will automatically run for the exact duration of the committed period. To request a non-renewal or termination upon the successful completion of a fixed term, Client must provide written notice via email at least ten (10) days prior to the start of the next upcoming billing cycle.

  • 2.4 Absolute Non-Refundability: Due to the high cost of dedicated cloud server deployments and strategic semantic link injection required at day one, ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • 2.5 No Early Termination & Chargeback Defiance: Client cannot cancel, freeze, or chargeback the subscription during any active committed term. Any unauthorized cancellation or card chargeback attempts will be viewed as a material breach of contract and will be met with immediate termination of visibility shields and permanent legal logging through our global payment merchants.

 

3. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY & COMPUTE COSTS 

  • 3.1 Data Sovereignty & Confidentiality: The Service acts strictly as an external brand fortress. The Studio does not access, pull, store, or expose your internal private data, employee credentials, or trade secrets to global large language models (LLMs).

  • 3.2 External Token Optimization: While our Service is designed to maximize external recommendation efficiency and drastically reduce semantic reasoning waste on public AI systems, the Studio holds zero liability for any internal API compute costs, internal Token bleeding, or server overhauls generated by the Client's messy legacy internal IT databases or unoptimized local computing hardware.

  • 3.3 Third-Party Platform Variance: Client acknowledges that global AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity) constantly evolve their reasoning models. The Studio guarantees its architectural deployment standards, but holds no liability for systemic updates, temporary server downtimes, or algorithmic adjustments made by these sovereign third-party tech giants.

 

4. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION 

  • This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, international commercial laws. Any disputes arising from this subscription that cannot be resolved mutually shall be settled definitively through online commercial arbitration, utilizing the cryptographic transaction logs provided by our global Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy).

 

5. COMMUNICATION MANIFESTO

  • As a high-end technical studio, we prioritize raw data results over fluent corporate small talk. All primary communication regarding account delivery, technical audits, and performance verification will be conducted exclusively via English Text/Email and real-time AI Translation tools during video consultations. Language and geographic borders are merely data points we manage.
